I can't say enough good things about this company. My septic failure alarm went off on a Saturday afternoon... because of COURSE it would be a Saturday afternoon. I called several "open on Saturdays" companies. He was the ONLY one to call back... and he did so inside of 10 minutes. He prepared me for a worse case senerio price tag. Problem was found and corrected at a small fraction of the worse case senerio price. HE ACTUALLY REARRANGED HIS SCHEDULE TO KEEP ME FROM HAVING TO GO ALL WEEKEND WITHOUT A FUNCTIONING SEPTIC SYSTEM. He got the problem resolved that same afternoon. There is honor in this man and his company. He is definitely one of the good ones.
Appreciate Martin Septic coming out to handle a system locate. We recently purchased a home and we’re unsure the exact location of the tanks. Mr. Martin came out and was able to locate them within five minutes of being on the property. Efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will be hiring them for all our septic services from here on out!

We Called Garrett Martin to clean out out septic tanks. He came to our house in a timely manner. He was careful to get as close as possible to the three tanks, and not park on the grass. When he finished Garrett and helper cleaned up, and covered the holes, made the dirt smooth did a super nice job. He had equipment ready to handle any task that arose. His price was reasonable.
